The first of its kind, the Marmot Mountain Festival is going to be a totally chill-out event for all adventure-enthusiasts and wannabes. Think lounging around in big open tents with free flow of booze and racks of meat served amidst a movie marathon.
We’ll also be sharing our Cho Oyu experience at the event, complete with never-before-released footage. So grab your tickets fast! (Ticket sales will contribute towards making our Everest climb next year possible.)
With the team, Esther went on to climb and summit mountains in far-flung corners of the world, including Mt Aylmer (2,699m) in New Zealand; Mera Peak (6,476m) in Nepal; Er Feng (5,276m) in China; Mustagh Ata (7,546m) in Central Asia, and Mt Everest (8,850m) in Nepal.
