I have been tardy in my training. I was supposed to give myself one week of rest after I came back. started with a swim some days ago, beach volley yesterday at sentosa. Wanted to do yoga today at cali today but I have to finish this blasted presentation which I havent even gotten started.
My team mates have been mugging for their training. I am stressed. I was actually breathless after my swim that day. I never used to get breathless. And i am supposed to be acclimatised and fitter.
I am doing the vertical marathon and the stan chart marathon for free!!! I need to step up my runs and gyms. I shall run tomorrow at ECP then swim in the night.
