Pee Device
I’ve already mentioned how much I was looking forward to using the pee device in the mountains. It really works. and it’s GREAT. I was hesitant at first. Ensuring that I stop taking all fluids after dinner and going for a pee break at 10pm b4 I sleep. Adhering to these routines just so that I can hold my bladder till the sun emerges the next morning. But it also results in a really dry mouth the next morning.
But one fateful day, I just decided to open up my pee bottle and try the device. IT was heavenly. Peeing in the tent. Gosh. Subsequently, I even found a spot to dispose of the liquid without having to step out of the tent. So I no longer have to make that breathless walk down to the toilets. I could just pee in my tent, any time of the day. And it is rather novel seeing the flow emerge from a spout. It’s actually so fun, I contemplated using it even in the hostels where toilets are a stone’s throw from our rooms.
So yeah for you gals who are sick of squatting, go online and buy the pee device.

Nepalese love dal Baht and curries. They put curry powder in like every dish. so no matter what a curry lover you used to be, you’ll soon be losing your appetite.
But with items 1 and 2, your mains will definitely be palatable. then with items 3 thru 8, you’ll have a dessert which reminds you of home. and they’re all damn easy to cook.
I’ve just one regret. I’ve yet to try the sherpa stew.

Gum
Phunurul gave me 2 sticks of extra sugarless gum. I was so grateful. If not I would be sucking on Da Li Tang and getting tons of decay. Gum is great. It got me up to camp 3.
